I qualified as a dental hygienist from Edinburgh University Dental School in 1986, after first studying Environmental Studies. Over the past 40 years, I’ve worked across NHS, private practice, and hospital settings—including Liverpool Dental Hospital and Sefton General, where I was also a Dental Health Promotion Officer. My journey in dentistry eventually led to joint ownership of a dental practice and dental training academy on the Wirral.

I enjoy spending much of my free time with them all.
